WHO WE ARE

We (John and Dawn Snider) began our journey as construction general contractors. When we realized we couldn't build and remodel really cool living spaces forever, we decided to "retire" from construction and retreated to our completely off-grid piece of land in southeastern Oklahoma. We spent almost a year honing our woodworking and innovative skills, all while living in a primitive hut with none of the modern comforts that we so take for granted. We brought those skills back with us to Wellington, Texas, where we now spend our days thinking up new really cool stuff to create. Then we challenge ourselves - and each other - by figuring out how to make our ideas come to life.

WHAT WE DO

We innovate. We experiment. We create. We take pieces of wood that most people would throw away or burn, and we turn them into pieces of art. We make everything from candles to wall art, from baskets to squirrel feeders, and SO much more! We use both traditional and reclaimed lumber, as well as live edge pieces, to create unique pieces of art for every living space, both inside and out. We also take special orders and can personalize many of our items to your specifications.

WHY WE DO IT

We believe that God has gifted us with our creativity. We also believe that He wants us to share the story of His unfailing love with others through the gifts He's given us. We choose to "not sweat the small stuff" because He is faithful to take care of us through the fiercest storms. In short, we are secure because He is sufficient. If we could share just one thought with you, it is that Jesus is a very real light in an extremely dark world. In fact, He is THE light.
